Game saving. How do you save progress in game

You can't manually save your game. The game automatically saves your progress as you play. Usually after completing memories/missions, cutscenes, or after collecting flags.

I am am to the part in the game where there are three different people to asassinate. They are all in different cities..

Sometimes you need to go back to the headquarters area before you can start a new assassination mission or at least you have to go back after you finish one.

Make sure you are still in high profile (Right Trigger for Xbox) and hold the Legs button (A on xbox). Hold a direction and relase A when you want to stop swinging and swing jump.

How do I picik pockets/

You can only pick certain peoples pockets, just hold B while walking behind them. Make sure they aren't looking!
