Practice making films in a neighbors town?

I've been trying to add people but nobody is accepting and I have no neighbors that can help me. Does anyone have a camera in their town and if so what is your name on game center? I feel like I have been stuck on this for the longest

My name is crook666 on the game centre and my camera is at the front of the house that has a woman with short, curly hair. There is also a baby in the house and it has a green roof.

It doesn’t matter if you have the camera. It is your neighbors in the neighboring town he must have the camera.
