How do I dance to a stereo
My quest is to dance to a stereo and I don't know how to do that

Have your active sim approach the stereo then use the context command menu on the stereo and Sim.

First, you need to have at least a stereo in one of your Sims' house. You can purchase it on the home store, under electronics. Then, just click on the stereo and choose any type of music you would like your sims to Dance to it.
