Right so the option / Task is clearly present on the baby task menu, but no matter what you do completing the change nappie task is not reflected in the Status of the baby and it's hiney. The reason for that? Simple really!
For bathroom issues you cannot force them. You have to wait until the condition fully expires - and the baby has dropped a load of dookie in their nappies, and only THEN will changing them have the desired efect.
On the bright side there is no digital dookie smell (so far) so there is that...
