Will uncompleted limited-time quests reappear?
For the 'A Dance to Remember' quest, I accidentally asked my sim to return home without knowing that I couldn't go back to the dancers' villa. So will this quest reappear?

No once the timer runs out it is out. You can complete the Quest but you will not get the special reward.

When an extra wuest pops up and you cancel the Quest or not accept it, will you be able to complete it again or see it? Like the one for the royal kingdom

If you mistakenly return home during the Dance to remember just go to the Car in the Park and it will take you there.
