How do you move a married couple into a new house?

I have tried to move my married couple into a bigger house and I can't do it. It says that one or more of the people in the married couple are busy when in actual fact they're not doing anything at all. They haven't had a baby yet either and I do have enough money to move them. Its just that it keeps saying one or more of the people are busy.

Buy the new house and then select the Move In option from it's menu then select the family you want to move in (the married Sims).
