Keep performing weekly tasks/ Goals. Be friendly to the dog and he sometimes digs up LPs. Adding Neighbors and collecting on that once a day can sometimes give you LPs.

The quickest way I know of to earn LP is by continually completing and resetting the toddler playhouse at the pool. You must have a toddler to complete this. Hope this helps.
