You click in the Fashion studio thing and click the make fashion option. Wait until that finished then you will see a spinning thing above their head. Click on it so that it lands on the lightbulb 3 times. Then you get a fashionable item

ugh, i can't find the "make fashion" option either. i click on the fashion studio and it brings up all my sims and makes me select one to fashion...

Enter the hobbies and caress section on the map (next to the pets and salon) select hobbies then select fashion designing then purchase it will be sent to your inventory from there place it in your home then click n choose the option design fashion and we'r done yaye!!

ohhhhh! i think i got it! you have to buy a "fashion studio" from the hobby store. its the blue bubble store a guitar and soccer ball on it. the "fashion studio costs 2,500.

You buy the Hobby store. You then go to the hobby selection and click Fashion studio and buy it. The Fashion Studio is in your inventory now. Next you go to a house and go to inventory then place the studio in the house. Finally you choose the sim you want to fashion design and click on the fashion studio and choose how long you want them to fashion design.
Tip: If the sim you want to Fashion design already has a Hobby the sim will forget the other hobby and will focus on fashion designing.
