Question for The Sims FreePlay

How can you move out a teen sim to make room for a new family to start I have over 20 rooms but only 10 sims there but a couple don't live there what do I do

You know you can build more Houses, right? Putting 10 Sims in one house,(??) you will have to pay a $5000 relocation fee per sim.
