I have to complete one sim eating plant. How do I complete it?

Plant a corp with the sim-eating plant symbol. When it's done, harvest the plant. If it turns to a sim-eating mutated plant, you can then negotiate with it to complete the task.
If the corp can be harvested, then you Judy have to try again until you get the mutated plant.

If you have a garden patch you click on that and you find a plant that has a green symbol with an ugly looking plant head for example tomatoes and strawberries when the plant is done you click to harvest it will decide either food or plant if food you harvest the rest like usual but if it goes on plant you will have a sim eating plant to get rid of click on the plant and press negotiate just a note I would have 2 or more Sims doing this at 1 time so you have a better chance of completing your goal
