I can't find the floor construction tab in the home store. I already completed the goals and everything. What should I do?

Hello, I know the answers. It was hust like a bug. It is cause by the "Teenagers" Quest didn't show up. The first start of the " Teenagers" quest is to be nice with Osiris. There is Osiris show up in your Sims house. Just tap on Osiris and select be nice. Then the first start of the quest/ task is complete. Go back and tap home store, you will be see the "floor construction" tab already in there
