How do I turn the volume off, and still listen to my music?

Go to the menu in the Sims App ( the green button with 3 white dots ) and click options and turn down the music and sound effects and start your music in the background. That should work.

This hasn’t worked for me you can still the sound effects and music and it’s turned all the way down
