The estate agency isn't showing up on my map so can someone please help me so I can get it back ?

If haven't completed this Mission to unlock it, than it doesn't really matter. If you've already unlocked it and it disappeared than I only have a few suggestions. Restart your device, save your game to the cloud and then delete and reinstall the app. If neither of those work your only option is to either get in touch with EA through their website or start all over in your game.
