You cannot change the sim's name after you have assigned and confirm.
The Sim's last name can change when he/she moves into another sim's home or gets married to another.

Once they have been created you cannot change their first name. You can only change their last name as they will take on the last name of their spouse or someone who they move in with.

You can't change a Sims first name you can only change their last name but only when you get married to another sim

Or gets divorced. When my Sims got married, the male wound up with the wife's last name. The only way to change that is by divorce. :(

Whenmy sims got married the male ended up with the females last name maybe because he moved in with her and not the other way around? so im wondering if i get them divorced and HE asks HER to move in would it fix the problem....?For more questions for The Sims FreePlay check out the question page where you can search or ask your own question.
