Car lot
My car lot will not allow me to buy it is it something wrong with my game do I have to start over again thnk you for your help

It depends on what level you are at. You have to at least be at Level 8 to even be allowed to see the sign allowing you to buy it. Once you buy it if it isn't building then it might have frozen. That happened to me when I was building the Park. Just exit out , don't go on it for a while and when you get on it again it should be working. If it isn't then I'm sorry but I don't know what to do.
