I found it on accident but go to garden section of buy mode and fine the scare row. It has. Little red ghost at bottom right of picture. When you pace it, I tells you to tap it to look for ghost.

Plant some beans and when you go to collect them click on your dog instead. Then it will give you the option to find the ghost. After that click the Camera icon and your Mission should be completed

If you purchase ANY item from the store that has a small RED SYMBOL in the bottom right corner(THIS ITEM IS HAUNTED). You can click on these Items to SEARCH FOR GHOST. Then take your photo
