The same thing has happened to me. I've got no idea how to get him back. :(

Just go to your settings and go to date and time, turn off automatic time adjustment then set the days date back a day then go to the Sims freeplay app then exit again and turn the time adjustment button back on and voila! But be warned, you will have to start all over again... The Santa help part not the whole game!

It didn't work for me either. A lot of other discussions have been saying he just reappeared a day later. Anyone back this up?

Santa does just pop up a day later. I accidently restarted the game thinking it would work, but it didn't. However a day later he came back!

Ii wai was just finished driving Santa to the sleigh whewhen Santa just vanished on me so what can I dodo do to get him back
