I have santa at the moment I sent him home by accident and now I can't get him back
How do I get him back?

The same thing happened to me, you need to restart the app by double tapping the home button and a Bar should come up with apps in it. Hold an app until it starts to wiggle, then push the red minus button in the Sims app and go back to the page where your app is and open it. Santa will be back.

What if you have an android. i have a galaxy and i accidentally sent him home yesterday... i want to grt him back but i dont know how.

Santa actually comes back everyday. So, if you accidentally send him home like I did, don't fret. He will back the next day regardless whether you sent him home the previous day. Just don't send him home while you are doing that days Quest because you wont be able to get him back until the next day.
