I had type Same problem. There has to be an Adult for exemple in he Park with your todler. And there had to be An adult in your home to. So when he gets home there is also an adult there. Hope this helped.

All u do is go to another sins house and go on the kids sim tracker and then press the whistle and make them leave and go back to their house and they are out of the street.
