How can you get the infant to go to the toilet? Does the infant have to use the adults toilet bowl?

You can't! Just as in real life your infant has no bladder control. It will go to the toilet when it's bladder Bar has run down, so just keep that baby awake and be patient!

If you constantly keep feeding the baby the baby's bladder meter will go down and then you will need to change the baby's diaper.
