Every time I tap the new sims house that I built it doesnt open and I need to add more sims PLZ HELP

The same thing happened to me but with the animal shelter. Anyways what you have to do is leave the I device on the year 2038 for like a week a without using Sims and then when you open it again it should be at 100% it's not for sure that it works but I left it on the cheat 2038 and when I came back from vacation it was downloaded from all that time frozen thank God but now it happened again to one of my Houses just like you so I guess I'm going to have to do it again. Thnx tell me how it works out!
