Go to Facebook.com/thesimsfreeplay there are a ton of people asking for Neighbors, all you have to do is "ask" as many of them as you want, they will accept you as a friend.

Sure! I can probably get the only other two people I know who play to add you, too. Trying to upgrade stuff stinks when hardly anyone you know in RL wants to play!
