You just make them quit their previous Job and accept a firefighter job. I have two in the firehouse by doing it that way. Hope it works.

First make sure you have two Sims... Got it great, now click on the firestation, then click on your sims then they will automatically join but make sure all their needs are cared for xxx hope it helped xxx

First you have to build the Fire Station in your Sims city. If you already have it done then you just click the fire fighter station and hire two sims
