How do I get rid of an offer in sims freeplay the walgreens offer won't go away

Double tap your home button, that should open a window on your home screen with all your currently running apps. Touch and hold the Sims freeplay icon until the red circle with a line through it comes up in the upper left hand corner of the icon. Tap that red circle. What you did is to close the app completely. Press your home button again and the window will close up. Now tap on your app icon on your home screen, the game should open and the Walgreens video should be gone. Hope that helps!
