Get the two Sims to become a couple by making them "be romantic" several times. First they will be "dating" then the next change will be "partners". Then you will have the option of "whoohoo"

If you have multiple Sims at one house, you have to make them all go home, exept for the ones who are already partners. Then when you tap on one of them, the "Woohoo" option should pop up. Tap on the "Woohoo" button and your sims will "Woohoo".

You have to have them kiss on the cheek, and then go home to their own Houses. Have one sleep through alarm. Then if you press be romantic a few times, and it should appear. If not, be nice to each other. Hope this helped!😊😊😊😊😊😊
