Question for The Sims FreePlay

Hey, I'm on lvl 16 and just been given the objective " build the childrns store" and the requirements for it are either 10,000 or 15,000 dollars and 10 sims. I have 9 sims and the money to afford buying the store but not the house and store. I was wondering if there were any other money cheats besides cheat hour. I've tried this one and it works only like once a day... And then when I try again I just waste my money cause it doesn't work! So your and also I've just got a new baby and the toilet bar is going down. Everytime I change the diaper it just fills the hygiene bar up. How to feel the toilet bar up?

This answer is for the baby question. So basically you let your baby's toilet Bar go red and then the baby will use the bathroom in the diaper, then I'd reccomend changing the diaper.
