To send a sim to the night club, you need to go to the town screen and tap on the night club. Once there go to the bottom left arrow on the screen that shows the list of Sims. Scroll to the sim that you want to go to the night club, and under that sim there will be a button that has a whistle in it. Tap the whistle and you sim should arrive at the night club.
