Well... I think you need to wait for the goal.... And then when said you have to do Tai Chi in the Park, then go to the park. And click on the floor.. Then ya can be able to do tai chi. X

You have to press yourself to do tai chi. XGuest answered:
You go to the Park click on your sim and it says practice tai chai, click on it and there you go, just wait till it's finished it's course :-))
