Eventually you will have the Goals of constructing all of them. The best ones are are specific to you, it depends on the time of work and the $$ earned.

Well.. I would say the Scientist one, because you get more salary on that one... But if you already know the money cheat, then theres really noo point lol.
But I do remember having a goal, that said to build a firefighter workplace, and make 2 Sims work there. ...
And it took me forever, to get the needed Sims, and ages to get the money aswell.
