Short answer.....you dont. The last upgrade was to make the babies into toddlers and for now thats it.

Bake a cake in the oven and when it's done, click on the baby and it will become a toddler.

Yep, you don't really have a mini 'birthday/celebration...' You just bake the cake in the oven, then click, THEN BAM! Your toddler is a child.
