Same thing is happening to me - 2 weeks now. I'm on level 29. This happened to me before and I had to delete the app. I refuse to start all over - AGAIN!!

Mine won't load either and I have 435 life points and over$5000,000 and don't want to lose all of it what can be done to get it to work without losing everything

Just hit level 28 I believe and have almost 500,000 simoleons and 16 people, a pre teen and LPs. I have done all this on my own without buying and now my system will not load. It happened when I pressed x on an Advertisement. Now it hangs in the purple start screen. Any ideas how to clear this? Been hanging now for 2 days.

Same thing happened to me! I'm sooo mad and I'm so far in the game and I'm NOT restarting. I'm just going to try to let it load every once and a while and wait for thee next update for the game, maybe that will work. And I'm sooo far in the game!! One day it just crashed now it won't load anymore. >:/
