I downloaded sima freeplay on my iPhone then again on my iPad do I have to start all over again ?

I am playing the Sims with my ipad. It has the option allowing you to upload your saved game to iCloud storage. I think you should check if there is that option in the sims in your iPhone (I think it has), then you can download database to play in your iPad, I guess. It's worth trying.
