I hAve a building that will not finish it has been stuck for over a week? Any ideas on how to fix.?

I have the same problem, and I can't complete the goal until the building is finished, I really don't want to reset the game

I have built the todler store but now when it finishes it just has a red and black border around it with the picture inside of it colored in so it means it's built but wont let me access it it just keeps bouncing back

Same here...my Community Center is stuck loading. Like it says 100% and the timer is at -10 and it just keeps counting backwards
