It will problobly take about 1 month I'm not sure I am soooo not happy I still don't have my sims engaged they are still partners so KEEP ON TRYIN

You need to keep being romantic and doing nice things before you can get engaged. You need to be a partner before hand. My 2 sims are partners and are living with eachother and I am on level 5. They can woohoo and the marriage option is there but I cannot get them to marry because they're not engaged yet

You have to be a lv 10 then wait for the get engaged goal well it goes after you build 4 businiss or so but your sims can't live with each other until you get the marriage goal ok good luc I hope this helps you bye!
