I'm on Level 19 and one of my tasks is too "max out a sims social" what does this mean and how do I do it?

Of the six bars that tell you the state of your Sims well being the Social is the bottom right. Looks like someone jumping for joy!! Tou can get this filled from planting and going to work but also from using the computer, tv, music, Baking, playing with the toddler I think thats about it.

The previous answer was wrong, the max out a Sims Social, you need to fill the Bar with the speech bubble which is the social. The bar for jumping for joy is for the sims fun...clear difference, anyways it is the bar with the speech bubble.
