Question for The Sims FreePlay
I have an empty house I'd like to relocate a married couple. When I click on the house, only some of my Sims are cleared to move there for $5k, while most, including the Sims I WANT to move there are shaded to indicate they can't be moved. I've already made sure they weren't engaged in an activity when I tried to move them, but they were still shaded. Why can't I relocate them?

What you have to do is if you want to relocate the sim you have to delete everything in that Sims house.

This is the op. I emptied the house but still could not move them. When I clicked one of their pictures (which was shaded), the game said I "can't move married couples." That explains it but booooo :-(

You can't move married couples. If you really want to move them they have to get divorced
