Get a sim's hygiene to become red. Then, let him/ her take a shower until red changed into green

I think you wait until the shower icon is red then you take a shower and you've finished the goal that's what happened to me if you want the shower to go quickly use a cheat I know
1. Start the shower
2. Go to setting-general-date and time
3. Change it to years later
4. Fully turn of iPod/iPhone
5. Turn back on and back on Sims freeplay
Then you will be automatically finished ( this also works with planting and Cooking) Good Luck!!!😃

You kick trashbox and clean it again and again it will help to easy way to max it. Or try a dirty pool.

Just clean the pool,wash your hands, do anything that has to do with cleaning yourself.

what I have done is I clicked one sim and let it go to have a shower then I clicked quick rinse and that's it .

To get dirty shake your screen and wait for them to vomit then clean it, to get them clean take multiple showers.
