The Sims have to be partners and keep having them be romantic with each other then eventually there will be a bubble that says purpose. Click on that then on the right side a list of rings appear. Some arrow purchace with money some with LP. The better the ring the better chance they'll except. Then have them be romantic again then marry will appear like the perposal did. Ta the!
