Hi!
Actually, babies do grow up into toddlers. You should get a cake which costs about $10. You could bake it in the stove. Then when it's finished, you need to use an Adult then you click a baby. Something appears about what do you want to do with the baby then you just choose 'have birthday'. It will only take 3 seconds. After the 3 seconds, the baby will change into a toddler... There you have it, folks! Hope I helped...
P.S.- there is also a goal about a baby's birthday and then they give you a free cake...
