If you go to Facebook there is a page for freeplay and a link to the EA forums. You can pose the question about the problem you are having and these days they are pretty good at getting someone to reply. You do need to say what device you are using as they seem to specialise in IOS or androids. Hope this helps. Good luck

Hello I downloaded de Sims freeplay but during the game it keeps on hanging and I always must set my tablet of I have an samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1 can you fixe the problem please

I'm on the in the clubhouse Quest lev 30 and. Cant move forward as there is no Wumbles in the pool by the door , I fact he is nowhere to be found , suck and can't move on , also I was asked to add a sim, I added two and still not clear , I had to use the LP to clear .
Can you help I am getting bored.
