How do you get the baby toilet bar to become green? Nothing is working... This sucks.. I was doing well

It's not a glitch. It's stuck at half way. It's supposed to be like that. You can check EA forums.

The baby has to dirty itself. You can change his diaper but it only "cleans" the baby, not take care of it's potty needs. When the baby actually dirties itself, a stink cloud will be right above him and the potty Bar will be red. An Adult can then change his diaper but the crib has to be away from a wall. Only then can the potty bar be fulfilled.
