Have someone "change the babies diaper". This will wash the baby. Be sure the crib is not facing a wall

All you need to do is buy a tub. Then the toddler can shower.

My sim is an infant baby it's really dirty I changed it diapers that helped the toilet Bar bit his soap bar is super low and it won't let me put him in the bath

You have to pick them up and then click on the bathtub and then you can put them in the bath.Guest answered:

Just having an Adult change the baby's diaper won't help, the green diamond has to be over the infant then you pick an adult to change the diaper that will clean the baby

You have to change the diaper multiple times or by a tub click it with an adult holding the infant and you have to communicate with it make it sleep play with it and then you will get the green diamond over the infants headSearch for more answers for The Sims FreePlay or ask your own question here.
