How do I synch sims freeplay game on iPhone to iPad? I keep trying through cloud Facebook but it's not working.

ANSWERS

To do this, while playing sims on the device you have the save progress on, you need to press the green circle with dots in it in the corner, this is the pause menu. Select the cloud icon on the right and then it will take you to facebook. Choose log in, on the upper right hand corner, then you will be taken back to the app. Choose "Upload save progress" then after that is done, just download the progress to your iPad from the cloud.

I am on level 23and I want to switch from my iPad to my android but when I pause the game on my android Sims it doesn't show the cloud ...how do I transfer from my iPad to my andriod phone

I've tried to sync and use the cloud from both my apple devices and after my Facebook login it has a ! I've checked my fb settings an everything it will not work at all idk what to do anyone
