It used to mean (if you are looking to move your Sims) how long you have left until you can't move anyone into it, but a couple of updates ago EA changed that and now it is not but I was stuck in a situation where I wanted to move a family into it (I changed my mind after seeing the house, Geek Heaven) but I couldn't add a sim into that house because in the family the stork was en route so what I did was I moved an existing sim in that house and left the existing sims house empty then I put the existing sim back into that house and added who I wanted to in the first place and that definitely work for me but I don't know about any further updates other than the camping one so if it doesn't I will post again.... HOPE THIS HELPS

Hey Guys it's me again I have discovered a tip that can also help. So what you can do is if you have a house that like Geek Heaven and you want to move more than one person in but you don't want to build a new house, a new sim and everything like that. What you want to do is you want to press demolish house but don't go through with it then you have to hold the cancel button then press back it will give you the option to add new sim and so on. So press that and it works almost every time!
