Can you pick the gender of your baby? Just wondering.

Yes, you can. It's like creating a sim, but you can't pick a Personality or change the baby's last name.

You can’t

You can pick sex, name, skin colour and outfit. You cannot pick Personality though. A poor selection of outfits for baby. Hopefully as it gets older the outfits get more imaginitive.

You can pick skin colour but you can't pick last name because your the parents and you have to have the same surname. (Unless your divorced)

Yes, you can pick the gender. It is just like a normal sim on freeplay, Except a bit more basic

Yes you can. Once the baby has been delivered, click on the +baby thingy above the crib and it takes you to where you can make your baby
