I would add a dog or Car if you can to increase their Social/entertainment levels enough to send them to another Sims house, you can also purchase a lawn chair/picknic table garden spot to improve some things

Try making your Sims pee then keep kicking over the trash

If you're really desperate, just leave the game go a while without going into it about a week or two and all your Sims will be inspired again
