My sims are not calling to go to their works anymore, what can I do, please help !!!

To see when your sim needs to go to work, open up the sim tracker and the briefcase will be flashing. With the latest update however, Sims can go to work at any time, so just choose when you want them to go. However they can only go once every 24 hours.
