What does the feet symbol above there head mean when you want them to do..

It means that there is no path through for your sim to do what you want him/her to do.

But when I moved the item out of the way and nothing was there it sill showed the feet.. What do I do

When you see the feet move everything out of the way and try making sure there is a door say if you made a new room and forgot to put a door in they o vinous lay can't get in

You have to go to the buying thing (which is near the town button, then you click on the buying icon but you don't actually buy anything. All you have to do is click the thing you want to move then click the rotate button and exit the buying thing. If it doesn't work then repeat until you can do the thing you want to do!

Yep. You have to move anything that could be in their way. It works for me. This person helped me solve the problem.

It means that it is to close to something!!!!!! I couldn't figure it out untill I moved the couch away from the tv!!!

It is when you try to get a sim to do an action in a place they're not supposed to. Like if a boy is in the bathroom and a girl sim wants to see use the toilet it won't let her unless the boy sim leave.
