You have to build The Hobby Shop, then you can buy it from there.

You need to buy The Hobby Shop (just below the Park) mirrors cost 300$ but they aren't like Fashion studios (2,500$) that make you practice or guitars (3,000$ or Toyota Guitar FREE)

I figured out it is in the witchcraft/wizard store it's magical but it's still a Mirror XD
