How do I make a new sim. I need to move a new sim into a them house how do I do that?

Make a new sim by going onto The Town Map and then touch the one where there is an icon of a + with a human. It would cost about 1000 simoteons. Wait for a few hours as the house builds, after house is complete, click on it and then build your new sim.

First, you have to finish construction on the house. To make it go faster you can use Lifestyle Points (LP).
Then you tap the circle on top of the house and Voila! You can add another sim!

I have 2 Sims and it won't let me add another or a building...I am on level 5. How do I add more?? I even bought Simoleons thinking it wouldnt let me because I didn't have enough money.

You just go to the other Sims house and click on the folder like thing on you're screen to your left or right. Then on that folder below the other sim click the whistleGuest answered:
You have to have achieved a certain level, the higher the level, the more Sims you can have

I have a new sim. Im on like the second level and it says I have to finish building the house before my other sim can come in. But when I go to the store thing, it wont let me tap anything.. The only thing I can tap is the inventory, and move.. Any help with this?

Move one sim in with another sim then go to The Town Map and click on that house. Something will pop up. One box will say add sim click on that. This will also help you gain a relationship Status and money.

I am on level five in the app version and I build another house (it's completed) and my only option is to move current Sims into it or delete it. My sin count says I have 2/4 sims available. Why won't it let me add new sims?

I am on level 8 and I was wandering the same thing so I kept doing the Goals and it finally told me to crate a new sim and then you will make that sim get a Job just keep working on the goals
